Hiya!
You alright?
This was such a great week! I learned a really great lesson: a busy
missionary is a tired happy missionary :).
We found 6 new investigators this week! This was totally Heavenly
Fathers doing because I am just so awkward. Even when trying to
testify I am so awkward. I'm working on it :).
The first 2 new are from Nepal and have beautiful Nepalese babies! Ahh
so cute! We knocked on their door and they just invited us in without
asking us who we were. It was super awkward at first cause I didn't
know what to say but then we showed them the Because He Lives video
and Boom! The spirit was in the room. I felt prompted to testify of
the Book of Mormon as a second witness of Jesus Christ. They were
really interested and asked for a copy of the Book of Mormon.
The next two are from Lithuania and are a referral from online Boston
missionaries. They are twins and are Catholic (they actually
took us to Mass with them (which was really interesting to see)). But
they love how Mormons live. They love that we live like we believe.
They love the law of chastity and the word of wisdom.
The next man we met last p-day! We went to get crepes and he was the
crepeier. We started chatting with him about why we were in the U.K.
And he was super interested. We testified of how believing in Heavenly
Father helps us and how it could help him too. Turns out he knows a
member of our ward! They are both from Italy. We are having another
lesson with him tonight and we are hoping to give him a baptismal
date! Please pray for us (R at 7:30).
The next is P. He was just standing on a bridge (our appointment
fell through so we decided to try and talk to people). And we asked
what he was looking at. He noticed our badges and asked if we were
from the church. We said we were and he told us how his mum had died
and he was really grieving. We talked and testified and used the
scriptures and the Because of Him video. The spirit was so strong!
It has been such a blessing. I am so grateful for all of your emails!
They pump me up for this coming week to try a little harder to be a
little better.
We played golf today for P-Day in Chelmsford and then got... Taco Bell! Oh man
so good. Only in Chelmsford. Golf was so fun.
I feel like I'm finally figuring it out. The adventure is getting fun.
We run late almost every day because we are trying to get every where
we need to but it's so fun. We laugh while we run because it's just so
funny and we know we look ridiculous in our skirts and bags running
but we just laugh and run and are usually 5 minutes late. And then we
are REALLY tired and we crash. And sleep. And wake up and have another
adventure. It's always easier when the sun is shining. I try to be
happy and work hard even when it's raining. I recently reread
President Utchdorfs talk on gratitude a couple conferences ago. Do we
wait for the rainbow to be grateful?
And there is a song called blessings that says 'sometimes our
blessings come through raindrops, sometimes our healing comes through
tears, sometimes a thousand sleepless nights is what it takes to know
you're near'. It's true.
Miracle: 'P' is finally reading the Book of Mormon and is on date
for baptism on June 13. Please please pray for him and for us. That we
can live worthily to have the spirit wih us. That we can have 10
quality gospel conversations everyday. That I can get better at
teaching, testifying, and inviting. Thank you for your prayers. Thank
you for all you do. I love you!!! Xxxxxxx
Sister Wai loves your letters! Thanks for sending them!

Nate, Genies always give 3 wishes so you could wish for hands. ( Nate: What if a Genie granted you ONLY one wish? And, you wished to be a head. Then you had an itch on your head and had no hands to scratch? )
